RETURNS

Free returns in Finland. One prepaid return-shipping label per order. 

Other countries, please contact to your local delivery office to find out the cost of your return.

You have the right to return the ordered items within 14 days after you received your order. All items must be returned unworn and undamaged, with all tags attached and original packaging included. Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

You will find the return form and prepaid return-shipping label inside your package. Fill out the form, put it inside the package together with the items you wish to return and place the return-shipping label on the box. Drop off the package at your nearest pick-up point.

In case the return-shipping label is missing from the package, contact  returns@billebeino.com

Please note that it may take 14 working days for the warehouse to process your return. We will contact you by e-mail once your return has been processed.
