How to measure
All measurements are in centimeters (cm) and are taken with the garment laid flat.
For the best fit, compare them with a similar garment you already own.
- 1/2 Chest: Measure straight across the chest, from one armpit to the other.
- 1/2 Hem: Measure straight across the bottom hem of the garment.
- Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
- Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.

Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
A return fee of 6.90 €, in accordance with our Terms, will be deducted from your refund.
Return instructions and a return shipping label are included with your order. We provide a return shipping label for returns within Finland only. If you are returning an order from another country, please contact your local postal service or courier to arrange the return and obtain information about the return shipping costs.
We do not offer direct exchanges in our online store. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item.
Discount codes and Billebeino Club points are single-use only and will not be reinstated if items from the order are returned.

General instructions for product care
- Always check the care label on your garment for care instructions. Those can vary depending on the fabric blend, construction, and details on garment.
- Garments that are used only a short time can be refreshed by airing out between wears. Sometimes, a simple refresh is all they need.
- Wash full loads. Washing clothes with cold water can reduce energy consumption.
- Air drying is highly recommended. Tumble dryer causes extra friction and damage to the fibers and shortens the garment’s lifespan.
- Using a steamer is preferable to ironing. If you wish to iron, please iron on the reverse side only. Do not iron on print.
- Instead of discarding clothes with minor tears or missing buttons, take the time to mend them.
