DELIVERY
How long does an order take to arrive?
Processing your order will typically take between 1-5 business days and the delivery can take between 1-5 business days. During campaigns (Black Friday, Christmas etc.) the processing times may be longer due to high order volume. Please note that we cannot affect any possible delays in deliveries. If you have any questions regarding the transport, please contact the delivery company directly.
You can follow your parcel via PorNord, Posti or UPS application.
I got an email that my order is dispatched, and I would like to change my delivery address.
Please contact the logistic companies customer service which you chose at the check out (PostNord, Posti or UPS).
My order was delivered to another pick-up point than I requested. How is that possible?
If the pick-up point you requested is full the courier will deliver your order to the second nearest pick-up point. This is something we have no control over.
Why haven’t I got the tracking number for my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number for your order once it’s been collected at our warehouse. Processing times are between 2 to 5 business days. During campaigns e.g. Black Friday, processing and delivery times might be longer. You can also follow your order via PostNord, Posti or UPS application.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- All major credit cards, as shown at checkout
- Klarna
- PayPal
- Apple Pay

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I returned a product/products from my order, when will I receive a refund?
Returns are processed within 14 business days in our warehouse. When your return has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation to your e-mail.
The price of the returned product will be reimbursed using the same payment method that you used for the purchase.
Do you offer free returns?
Our return processing fee is 6,90 €. It will be deducted from the refunded amount of your order. For more information about our delivery and returns, please check out Delivery & Returns
Can I exchange a product for another size?
Unfortunately this is not possible. If you wish to change the product to a different size, please place a new order and return the original.
ORDERS
Can I edit my order afterwards?
Your order will automatically transfer to our warehouse, so it is not possible to edit orders afterwards. That is why we advise you to review your order and order information before the payment.
I made two orders. Can I combine these two?
Orders are processed individually so it is not possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Your order will automatically transfer to our warehouse so it’s not possible to cancel it. Although you have the right to return the order within 14 days. When ordering abroad please contact our customer service about returning.
I haven’t received order confirmation but the order was charged from me. Has the order come through successfully?
If you received order confirmation to your email after you paid, the order has successfully come through to our system.
If you don’t receive the order confirmation within a few hours, the orderhas failed. In this case, we recommend you to place a new order. If the payment has been charged from your credit card/account, you should be in contact straight to the payment service provider (Klarna/Paytrail/Paypal).
Why didn’t I receive order confirmation?
Sometimes this can happen. After we have received your message about the matter, we will resend it to you.
Discount codes & Gift cards
Can I use my discount code during Sale campaigns?
Unfortunately discount codes cannot be used for products that are already in discount.
My Gift card doesn’t work. What should I do?
Contact our customer service contact@billebeino.com and tell the code and the amount of the gift card.
Other
I got an email that the product I ordered is sold out. How is this possible?
Sometimes this can happen, and we are very sorry about that. We have the right to cancel the order and return your money regarding the sold out product. Please contact us at contact@billebeino.com so we can help you.
Account
How do I create an account?
If you do not yet have an account, you can create one by just clicking the Login link and enter your email and a passcode will be sent to your email. Once you have logged in for the first time, you'll have created an account.
By creating an account you can start benefiting from our Billebeino Club programme and collecting points from your purchases.
How do I log in to my account?
On mobile, you'll find the Login link in the Menu drawer at the bottom. On desktop, you'll find it in the upper right corner next to the search and cart icons.
Do I have to create an account to order?
No. You can order without creating an account!
