You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days before receiving it.You can submit your withdrawal notice from your customer account or via the "View your order" link included in your order confirmation email.

Once we have received your notice of withdrawal, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email.

If your order is already being processed, we may no longer be able to stop the shipment. In this case, you may either refuse delivery or return the products according to the return instructions included with your order. A return fee of 6.90 €, in accordance with our Terms, will be charged for returned and unclaimed orders. The refund will be issued to your original payment method once your return has been processed.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Return instructions and a return shipping label are included with your order. We provide a return shipping label for returns within Finland only. If you are returning an order from another country, please contact your local postal service or courier to arrange the return and obtain information about the return shipping costs.

We do not offer direct exchanges in our online store. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item.

A return fee of 6.90 €, in accordance with our Terms, will be deducted from your refund.

Returned products must be unused and in resalable condition. They must be returned in their original packaging with all product tags still attached. Swimwear must have the hygiene seal intact. Underwear and gift cards cannot be returned.

If the value of a returned product has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product for example, because of stains (such as makeup or deodorant marks), strong odours, soiling, or other signs of use, Billebeino Clothing and Accessories Oy reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value from the refund. Any reduction in value will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Discount codes and Billebeino Club points are single-use only and will not be reinstated if items from the order are returned.

Unclaimed Orders

If an order is not collected from the pickup point within the collection period, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse. A return and handling fee of 6.90 € will be charged for all unclaimed orders.

Refunds

Returns are processed within 5–10 business days of arriving at our warehouse.

Once your return has been processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

A return fee of 6.90 €, in accordance with our Terms, will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Please note that any defective product should be reported within a reasonable time from the date of purchase.

We only handle complaints for defective products purchased from our online store. If the product was purchased from our retailers, please contact them.
