Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order and 2-3 business days for the delivery.

All shipping times are estimates and dependent on the shipping location.
Shipping times do not include the weekends or any national holidays.
Delays may occur during campaign’s and Holiday season.


We offer free returns in Finland.

Other countries, please contact to your local delivery office to find out the cost of your return.

You have the right to return the ordered items within 14 days after you received your order. All items must be returned unworn and undamaged, with all tags attached and original packaging included. Otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

If you wish to exchange your item, the fastest way is to purchase the item again and send back the other one. Otherwise fill in the return form the item you wish to exchange and we will do the order for you.

Please note that it may take 14 working days for the warehouse to process your return. We will contact you by e-mail once your return has been processed.

You will find the return form and prepaid return-shipping label inside your package. Fill out the form, put it inside the package together with the items you wish to return and place the return-shipping label on the box. Drop off the package at your nearest pick up point.

Please note:
In case you did not pick up your order it will automatically been delivered back to our warehouse.
In that case we have the right to charge 8€ delivery and processing fee.

Campaign times may cause a lot of traffic in our website and some products can go out of stock. We have the right to cancel that order and return your money.

No returns and no refunds on Gift Cards.

No returns and no refunds on underwear, socks and face masks.

As soon as your return has been accepted we will process a refund for the same payment type you used for the purchase.

In case the item is damaged or defective, please e-mail with your order number and description of the issue. Please also include pictures.

We process every damage individually.
