We offer free returns in Finland.
You have the right to return the ordered items within 14 days after you received your order. All items must be returned unworn and undamaged, with all tags attached and original packaging included. Otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
Please note that it may take 14 working days for the warehouse to process your return.
If you wish to exchange your item and once your return has been processed we will give you a ‘store credit’ to purchase a new item.
Campaign times may cause a lot of traffic in our website and some products could go out of stock. We have the right to cancel that order and return your money.

You will find the return form and prepaid return-shipping label inside your package. Fill out the form, put it inside the package together with the items you wish to return and place the return-shipping label on the box. Drop off the package at your nearest pick up point.
In case you did not pick up your order it will automatically been delivered back to our warehouse.
Please let us know if you did not pick your order, otherwise we will charge 8€ delivery and processing fee.
