Please allow 1-4 business days for processing your order and 2-4 business days for the delivery.
Shipping times do not include the weekends or any national holidays. All shipping times are estimated and dependent on the shipping location. Please note that during larger campaigns the delivery time might be a few business days longer than usual.

Extended returns for Christmas gifts until 6.1.2025.
Unfortunately, our online store does not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. Our products come with a 14-day return policy.
Please note that we charge a 6.90 € return handling fee.
The return policy applies to items that are undamaged and unused. The products must be in their original packaging, and all product tags must be attached. Hygiene stickers must be in place for swimwear. Please be aware that underwear and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Discount codes and Billebeino Club points are one-time use and will not be refunded if items are returned from the order.
Return Instructions
To return your order to our warehouse, please follow these instructions:
- Start by marking down the return reason to the packing slip. You can find the "return codes" below.
- Pack the items in a sturdy package suitable for shipping. Don't forget to affix the return label to the package. You can find the return label inside the package that contained your order.
- Take the package to the nearest return point.
Please note that we provide only one return label per order. If you did not receive a return label with your order, please contact us at contact@billebeino.com.
Please note that we offer return labels only for orders that are ordered to Finland. In other cases, please contact your local delivery office to find out the cost of your return.
Return codes
Please write the code (number) that best describes the reason for the return to the packing slip.
1. Too small
2. Too big
3. Product was not as expected
4. I ordered several products to find the right size
5. Product is defective
6. Wrong product
Returns will be processed within 14 business days from the day the return arrives at our warehouse. Once the return is processed, the refund will be automatically issued to the same payment method used for the order. You will also receive a separate confirmation email regarding the return.
If you selected 'Klarna - pay later' as your payment method, please remember to update your return in Klarna's own application as well. If you have any questions regarding Klarna's payment method, please contact Klarna's customer service directly at https://www.klarna.com/fi/asiakaspalvelu/.
Unclaimed Order
If an order is not collected from the pickup location within its specified pickup timeframe, the order will automatically be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge an 6.90 € delivery and return handling fee.

If you notice any defects in the product you have received, please fill out the Claims form. Available in Finnish here.
Please note that any defective product should be reported within a reasonable time from the date of purchase.
We only handle complaints for defective products purchased from our online store. If the product was purchased from our store or retailers, please contact them.
Our customer service is available on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm. Response times may vary between 1 to 4 business days. Please be aware that during promotional periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), customer service may experience occasional delays due to high demand.
