Delivery and prices

Please allow 1-4 business days for processing + delivery.

Delivery times do not include the weekends or any national holidays. All delivery times are estimated and dependent on the location. Please note that during larger campaigns the delivery time might be a few business days longer than usual.

Finland

Free Postipaketti delivery for orders over 150€ (Not valid during campaigns)

Posti - Postipaketti, 1-4 business days (delivered to a pick-up point) – 6,90€

Posti - Kotipaketti, 1-4 business days - 14,60€

In EU

Posti Parcel - 7,90-20,90€ (depending on the delivery method)

Return Policy

Finnish version available here.

Return fee is 6.90 € and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Please note that we offer return labels only for orders placed in Finland. In other cases, please contact your local delivery office to find out the cost of your return.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Our online store does not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

The return policy applies to items that are undamaged, unscented and unused. The products must be in their original packaging, and all product tags must be attached. Hygiene stickers must be in place for swimwear. Please be aware that underwear and gift cards are not eligible for returns. We reserve the right to deduct any loss in value from the refund.

Discount codes and Billebeino Club points are one-time use and will not be refunded if items are returned from the order.


Return Instructions

To return your order, please follow these instructions:

  1. Start by marking down the product and quantity you are returning.
  2. Pack the items and attach the return label so that it covers the original address information.
  3. Take the package to the nearest return point.

Returns will be processed within 14 business days from the day the return arrives at our warehouse. Once the return is processed, the refund will be automatically issued to the same payment method used for the order. You will also receive a separate confirmation email regarding the return.

Unclaimed Order

If an order is not collected from the pickup location within its specified pickup timeframe, the order will automatically be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge an 6.90 € delivery and return handling fee.

Please note that any defective product should be reported within a reasonable time from the date of purchase.

We only handle complaints for defective products purchased from our online store. If the product was purchased from our retailers, please contact them.
