Payment, gift cards & discount codes

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Online banks, PayPal, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Billebeino gift cards can be used together with other payment methods.

My gift card is not working.

Please contact to our customer service and let us know your gift card number. Please note that the gift cards are valid for 1 year.

Can I use my Gift Card during Sale campaigns?

A gift card is a payment method, so you can use it in all cases.

Can I use my discount code during Sale campaigns?

Discount codes and Billebeino Club codes cannot be used for items that are already in discount.

ORDERS

I change my mind and I want to cancel my order.

Once an order has been accepted it cannot be cancelled or modified before delivery. You still need to pick up and return the order. Return fee is 6,90 € and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

The item in my shopping cart was sold out when I tried to pay.

The items in the shopping cart are not reserved. If another customer manages to purchase the item, it will be reported as sold out.

I received an email that the product I purchased is sold out. How is this possible?

Sometimes this can happen, and we apoloqize for that. For any items that are sold out will be automatically refunded.

I’m missing an item.

Please contact to our customer service and let us know your order number and the item you are missing.

DELIVERY

Where is my order?

Processing your order will typically take between 1-4 business days and during campaigns the processing time might be few days more. After your order has been dispatched you can follow your parcel via OmaPosti app.

Why haven’t I got the tracking number for my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number for your order once it’s been collected at our warehouse. After that you can follow your parcel via OmaPosti app.

My order is dispatched, and I would like to change my delivery address.

Please contact the logistic company customer service.

My order was delivered to another pick-up point than I requested. How is that possible?

If the pick-up point you requested is full the courier will deliver your order to the second nearest pick-up point. This is something we have no control over.

I didn’t pick up my order and it was sent back.

You have 5 days to pick up your order and after that it will be automatically send back to us. Return fee is 6,90 € and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Can I extend the storage period for my order?

Please check your OmaPosti app to see if it is possible to extend the time or contact to Posti customer service.

Returns & Refunds

Do you have return fee?

Our return fee is 6,90 €. It will be deducted from the refunded amount of your order. For more information please check our Delivery & Return policy.

When will I receive a refund for my return?

Returns will be processed within 14 days of arrival at the warehouse. When your return has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation to your e-mail.

I did not receive a refund for all of my returned items.

Our warehouse carefully checks all returned items. If the item does not fully meet the return standard, the item will be put on hold for confirmation. We reserve the right to deduct any loss in value from the refund.

Can I exchange a product for another size?

Our online store does not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Can I use the campaign prices later if I want a different size?

Campaign price are only valid for the stated period of time and cannot be used after that.

Billebeino Club Account

What is Billebeino Club account?

By creating an account you can start benefiting from our Billebeino Club program and collecting points from your purchases.

How do I create an account?

You can click on the Billebeino Club icon at the bottom of the website and then join the club. Enter your email and a passcode will be sent to your email. Once you have logged in for the first time, you'll have created an account.

Do I have to create an account to order?

No. You can order without creating an account!
