Please allow 1-4 business days for processing your order and 2-4 business days for the delivery. Please note that during larger campaigns the delivery time might be a few business days longer than usual.

You have the right to return the ordered items within 14 days after you received your order. All items must be returned unworn and undamaged, with all tags attached and original packaging included. Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

Our return processing fee is 6,90€. The fee will be deducted from the refunded amount of your order. One return-shipping label per order. 

If you wish to exchange product to a different size etc, place a new order and return the original product/products.

If you chose 'Klarna-Pay Later' as your payment method please remember to add your return also to Klarna application.

In case you did not pick up your order it will automatically be delivered back to our warehouse. In that case we have the right to charge 8€ delivery and processing fee.

Please note that it may take 14 working days for the warehouse to process your return. We will contact you by e-mail once your return has been processed.

You will find the return form and a return-shipping label inside your package. Fill out the form, put it inside the package together with the items you wish to return and place the return-shipping label on the box. Drop off the package at your nearest pick-up point. Sometimes products can go out of stock and we won't be able to ship ordered items to customer. Especially campaign times may cause a lot of traffic in our website and some products can go out of stock. In these situations, we have the right to cancel the order and return your money.

As soon as your return has been accepted, we will process a reimbursement for the same payment method you used for the purchase.
