Returns

We offer a 14-day right to return your products from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, our online store does not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Please note that we charge a 6,90 € return fee.

The return policy applies to items that are undamaged and unused. The products must be in their original packaging, and all product tags must be attached.

Discount codes and Billebeino Club points are one-time use and will not be refunded if items are returned from the order.

General instructions for product care

• Always check the care label on your garment for care instructions. Those can vary depending on the fabric blend, construction, and details on garment.
• Garments that are used only a short time can be refreshed by airing out between wears. Sometimes, a simple refresh is all they need.
• Wash full loads. Washing clothes with cold water can reduce energy consumption.
• Air drying is highly recommended. Tumble dryer causes extra friction and damage to the fibers and shortens the garment’s lifespan.
• Using a steamer is preferable to ironing. If you wish to iron, please iron on the reverse side only. Do not iron on print.
  
• Instead of discarding clothes with minor tears or missing buttons, take the time to mend them.
