You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days before receiving it.
You can submit your withdrawal notice from your customer account or via the "View your order" link included in your order confirmation email.
Once we have received your notice of withdrawal, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email.
If your order is already being processed, we may no longer be able to stop the shipment. In this case, you may either refuse delivery or return the products according to the return instructions included with your order. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
A return fee of 6.90 €, in accordance with our Terms, will be charged for returned and unclaimed orders. The refund will be issued to your original payment method once your return has been processed.
